Breakfast Quesadilla Time! 

In You Got This! I have a recipe for a breakfast calzone.  Basically it’s a wonderful thing to make to use up random odds and ends you may have in your fridge.  This breakfast quesadilla  follows the same logic.  Fill it with what you have for a terrific and versatile meal!

For this quesadilla, I spread some cream cheese on half… I used leftover scallion cream cheese.  I layered some ham and Swiss, scrambled eggs, sliced avocado and then folded it in half.  Cooked on that side until crisp,  flip over and cook the second side until crisp.  Slice and enjoy.  I served with salsa but hot sauce would be great as well
