You must try my Simple Chicken Salad! This recipe came from my mom’s chicken salad growing up. Her “secret?” Curry powder. I know it sounds weird to put in chicken salad but I promise you’ll thank me! Comment “chicken” and I’ll send you the recipe or you can screenshot it below. 👇🏼 

Simple Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
-2 cups shredded cooked chicken
-1/2 cup grapes, chopped
-1/4 cup pecans 
-1/2 cup mayo
-1/2 tsp curry powder 
-[Not So] Simple Spice or salt & pepper to taste. 
Directions: 
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients then place in an airtight container. 
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then enjoy!
