Red, White & Blue No-Bake Cheesecake 
Ingredients:
-6 individual mini graham crackers pie crusts
-1 small box (4oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix
-1 cup milk
-4oz cream cheese, softened 
-1 cup cool whip
-fresh strawberries & blueberries for topping
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix & milk. 
2. Whisk in the cream cheese & cool whip until combined. 
3. Scoop mix into the pie shells and top with berries. Place in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
