I am such a fan of pairing seafood tacos with fruit (I also love any kind of salmon taco with pineapple salsa!). you can add any extra taco toppings you like—cilantro, chopped onion, radishes, crema—but there’s so much flavor packed into the salsa that they feel truly complete as is.
