The salad I’m currently obsessing over: Salmon Caesar Salad with Kale & Basil Pesto!

Do *not* sleep on this one. Inspired by a phenomenal pesto Caesar I had at a restaurant in Pennsylvania a few weeks back, this is everything you already love about a Caesar salad, but… more.

With tender, flaky pan-seared salmon, homemade focaccia croutons, and the most irresistible pesto-infused dressing. Going to be on repeat from now until forever!
