After all the carrot cake I’ve been shoving your way, I wanted to share the easiest, most delicious salad that takes next to no time to come together and is perfect with any fresh berries!

Side note: my daughter will eat just about anything I make (unlike her brothers…), but she cannot handle the tangy taste of goat cheese. 😂 I find this so funny, but no complaints because it just means more for me. 🙋🏻‍♀️

As always, when there are so few ingredients, try to use things that are high-quality. Fresh seasonal berries, creamy, goat cheese, and a rich, thick, aged balsamic vinegar. I like marcona almonds, but any nut will be great for added crunch.

Now you can focus on making other dishes, cause the salad is done. 🙌🏻
