Be honest: how many times have you made carrot cake this year? For me it’s… a lot. 😂 When I want a smaller portion than, say, a tiered cake (who has the patience?!?) or a single layer cake (who has the self-control to not eat the whole thing in 24 hours?!?), I’ll turn to my old faithful: Carrot Cake Loaf Cake. 

I would bet real money on this cake. I’ve made it for a decade to rave reviews. The secret is in the crust 🤫 thanks to ground nuts in the batter. You’re welcome. 😉
