## Caption

I’ll be the first to admit that I can get pretty lazy and often turn to store-bought chicken stock or broth purely out of convenience. But we all know that homemade is infinitely more delicious, with a rich, savory flavor that enhances even the simplest recipes it touches.

Today I’m using up a mix fridge and freezer scraps to make chicken stock on the fly with the leftover ones from a rotisserie chicken, however I have a recipe with measurements on my website if you’d find that helpful.
