3 cheers for this utterly delicious and impossibly tender ✨Red Wine Braised Beef✨ It’s made with beef chuck roast, which is an affordable way to feed a large group.

A few serving suggestions: mashed potatoes, creamy parmesan polenta, or even served over a whole baked potato. So, so good!

And the leftovers can be enjoyed in sandwiches or even stirred into pasta dishes. Be sure to use a nice wine that you enjoy drinking because the flavor will concentrate as it cooks. My personal recs are: Petite Sarah, Montepulciano, or Cabernet Sauvignon.
