#PressPlay: The lawyer of #KiaHolmes, co-owner of the #TurkeyLegHut is speaking out after his client was arrested for allegedly helping hide a man wanted in connection with an aggravated kidnapping in Harris County per @fox26houston.

Holmes was charged Wednesday with hindering the arrest of #JohnathanSaizon, who was wanted for allegedly beating his ex-girlfriend with a tire iron and holding her against her will for six hours. Saizon was out on bond for previous charges at the time. ___________________________________
Court documents allege that officers saw Saizon at Holmes’ home and later conducted a traffic stop after Holmes returned home with another person. When asked if anyone else was at her residence, Holmes allegedly denied knowing Saizon was there. She later told officers she had picked up Saizon’s mother, claiming she was unaware if Saizon had left or was hiding. ___________________________________
Officials say Saizon eventually released the victim at Memorial Hermann Hospital after she told him she would not call the police. Holmes’ lawyer says his client is “innocent” and is looking forward for her name to be cleared. 📹:(@fox26houston ) #TSRStaffAS
