It was a LONG week👇

Kinda took a break this week- I’ve only posted once in the last 3 days which is NOT like me at all! 

Just lacking creativity and overthinking too much. I was super excited to make this video though! I had a great idea and that’s all I needed to get going🤌

It’s important to do what you like or else it’ll feel forced. I felt like i was forcing it recently…

Sometime we focus so much on the negative stuff that we don’t give enough credit on the progress or success we have made. 

For example- I FINALLY CAN DO MUSCLE UPS🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Anyone who knows me personally since HIGH SCHOOL has known how obsessed I’ve been with learning how to do one of those hahahaha

Anyways, I am so proud of myself for keeping consistent and trying to master that. 

Keep your head up! We are all in this journey of life together and we gotta keep trying to get better at whatever it is you desire.
