Locking in for June😮‍💨

Gonna wake up no later than 6am. no snooze!

Gonna take 6-6:30am to do nothing. Literally nothing but journal or look at the sun. This is going to make waking up easier and relaxing. Just chill and drink a coffee! 

(Also not going on my phone- I recorded these clips after) 

Then I wanna get my body moving! Whatever it may be, I wanna get my heart rate up. 

After that, I am going to do short lifts in the morning. Nothing crazy but just to focus on a muscle group and when I lift I tend to eat healthier. 

Excited to get focused on goals. I’m it’s been a bumpy road but the drive is beautiful 🙌
