Happy Memorial Day!

The Murphy challenge has been my Memorial Day tradition for a few years to give thanks to the brave soldiers who fought for our country. 

I’ve always been fascinated by military training even as a kid and I had a few coaches serve and they shared some of their workouts. INSANE! davidgoggins 

As for me not beating my time from last year… at this time last year I had a month gap before I started my full time job and I wasn’t in school so I had way more free time.

I wasn’t already doing a lot of calisthenic workouts and running everyday. So I am proud that I did this good with a lot more going on in my life! 

I hope roguefitness will repost this video, as I love their brand and this IS NOT a sponsored video I genuinely love rogue and it’s an American 🇺🇸 brand so it fits perfectly for Memorial Day vibes 🙌
