No but seriously, since starting my 75 hard challenge i found it was so much easier to just do one of my two required daily workouts from home! I was originally just working out in my living room, but i found after a few weeks i really enjoyed doing my Pilates in the comfort for my own home!

I decided to invest in some equipment, some vibey lights, and a speaker to create the ultimate at home luxury Pilates studio! I can control the temp for a hot mat Pilates session, play the music i want, choose which time i workout and for how long, and build my dream body for freeee😂😭

Disclaimer: i have taken about 6 months of private Pilates classes before doing this at home so I was well educated on breathwork, alignment, and personal limitations!
