🍎 “Caramel” Apple Slice Recipe
• Apple slices
• ½ cup creamy almond or peanut butter
• ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, sprinkles

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine nut butter, honey/maple, and vanilla. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip apple slices into mixture. Roll in toppings of choice. Place on parchment-lined tray & chill 30 mins.
