Shhh my show is on! Gilmore Girls inspired pancakes & an Irish coffee for the ultimate fall brunch.🥞

Irish Coffee:
- 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 oz. Baileys
- Hot coffee
- top with whipped cream and cinnamon

Pumpkin Pancakes:
- 2 & 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon

Cinnamon Butter:
- 3 tbs. butter (softened)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
