🚨⏰I used to think the harder I pushed… the faster I’d see results 😤💦
But my body was screaming for rest. 🧘🏽‍♀️💔

In my 40s, I learned the hard way — too much stress, even from working out, keeps your body stuck in fight or flight. 🚨
I was inflamed, exhausted, and nothing was changing no matter how hard I trained 😩

Then I finally slowed down… and guess what?
My body started responding again. 🙌🏽✨
