Our first ever DanceBody in the City Event 🗽

Coming together to move as a group is powerful. It’s better than any drug, as breaking research has shown. 99.9% of people love to tell me how they can’t dance, but I find it amazing that once that music goes on we all move to the beat together and no one seems bothered. 

The only barrier to entry is your own mind. The second you’re in that group moving as a unit, your fear melts away, and the energy takes over. 

So incredibly grateful to everyone that Keeps Moving with us at dancebody daily.
