This Saturday October 25th marks the 4th Annual Huskie Football Truth and Reconciliation Game supported by nutrienltd.

The game and orange tape adorning players is part of the Huskies year-round commitment to reconciliation and is intended to honour residential school survivors, their families, communities and the children that never came home.

It’s also an opportunity to recognize the resilience and vibrancy of Indigenous communities and express our gratitude to the leaders, elders, knowledge keepers, student-athletes and alumni who continue to so generously provide knowledge and feedback that helps guide the Huskies in our ongoing efforts to answer sports Calls to Action 87-91.

We all play a role and only together can we create a better future.
