We’re in our “Giving yourself grace Era” 🫶🏽 

I used to be so hard on myself when I couldn’t be consistent as I wanted in fitness but now I’ve been giving myself grace, reminding myself that this is indeed a JOURNEY. Nothing about that screams being perfect to me. 
 
This is your reminder that it’s okay to fall off as long as you get back to it friends 🫶🏽
