I wanted to address some of the comments I am seeing online as people around the world process the heartbreaking passing of #StephenTwitchBoss  “But… he had so many resources.” “How could he do this to his family?” “What a selfish thing to do.” Please stop. Just because you can’t see it happening - doesn’t mean the pain isn’t real. Stop questioning why. Mental health struggles are very very real. Like many of you, I’ve lost too many people to depression, addiction, and trauma - all died by taking their lives. I’m so f*cking sad today. I’m sad about my friends, I’m sad about Twitch. I’m just f*cking sad. It’s overwhelming how much pain people feel. We should all stop assuming we know what someone else’s life is like in their head. Just be kind. And, If you are in pain right now.
