## Caption

Yesterday I was in Phoenix and had the honor of speaking to over 3,000 talent professionals in person and over 45,000 online at the linkedin Talent Connect.

We were talking about how LinkedIn is using artificial intelligence to help recruiting professionals remove the overwhelming number of administrative tasks and let them focus on the meaningful work of helping people build amazing careers.

I loved being there to talk about how you can unlock the power of people by unlocking the power inside yourself. 🔥

I want to give a huge thanks to everyone at LinkedIn, the amazing people I met there, and the incredible production team at the event !

Imani Dunbar, Head of Equity at LinkedIn
Faben Alula, Global Brand Experiences, Content & Programming Leader, Ryan Roslansky, CEO at LinkedIn
Jevon Thoresen, Senior Director, Global Clients, Customer Success at Linkedin
Hari Srinivasan, VP of Product at LinkedIn
Denise Cautela, Marketing Change Agent

And loved bumping into Dana Hyland-George, Global Head Of Talent Attraction at audible

Plus so many more!!!
