My family recently hiked Mt. Katahdin, the tallest mountain in Maine that happens to be on the Appalachian trail, and we stumbled across a few thru-hikers who are hiking the entirety of the trail.

I am SO impressed by thru-hikers and they taught our family some great lessons…
