Meet Ross, the winner of our internal competition that earned him a weekend at the #RyderCup2025, where he soaked in the energy, drama, and passion of one of golf’s most iconic events.

“The Ryder Cup in New York was absolutely electric," Ross told us. "From the roar of the crowd to the nail-biting moments on the course, it felt like stepping into the heart of something epic! It was more than just a golf tournament; it was a full-blown spectacle of passion, drama, and pure adrenaline. Experiencing all of that with my Capgemini colleagues made it even more unforgettable."

🎨 Our internal competition was meant to spark conversation and celebrate teamwork, so we asked our colleagues to create a golf ball design that would capture the spirit of our partnership with the Ryder Cup. As a Worldwide Partner, we are proud to help transform the experience of golf fans, bringing data-driven insights and storytelling to life through AI-powered Outcome IQ.

Ross’s winning design, co-created with his colleague Eliza, went from sketch to reality and landed him a pass to the Ryder Cup! While Eliza couldn’t join him on this adventure, her contribution played a big part in bringing the concept to life.
