“Dear Ingegnere, I am a 7-year-old boy who is a fan of the Ferrari number 27 in Formula 1. 
I wish you all the best for your victory in the World Championship. In case of disappointment, your collaborators can always use this model I drew. 
Goodbye wonderful grandad.”

For Michele, Ferrari was a beacon of hope that fueled his dreams: in his letter he enclosed an original drawing of a single-seater, which he was certain could snatch the World Championship if his favourite Ferrari, number 27, failed. In exchange, he only asked for an answer and a souvenir. Enzo Ferrari himself took care of the first part of that gift. And over 40 years later, we are overjoyed that we could fulfil the rest of his wish.
