Every staff member blocks time on the calendar for this monthly G.L.U.E. meeting to understand what is happening across the team.

With 12+ team members and more on the way, it's easy to not understand what different departments are working on.

But with monthly meetings, agendas and teamwork - we're able to work year round and put a conscious effort foward about the all-around Growlers fan experience.
