I’ll never push sobriety or abstinence on anyone, including my kids. In the future, they’ll make their own choices. But I have to tell you I love that my kids observe me choosing not to drink, and still having a great time.

Carter has asked why I don’t drink alcohol. And I tell him I used to, but it just didn’t make me feel good. Some people like it- even dad sometimes! And that’s ok - but it wasn’t for me because I didn’t like who I became when I drank. The important thing is we get to make all kinds of choices for ourselves 🫶
