It’s so true that as you get older, you start to see the importance in the culture, customs, religion that you were raised with. When I became old enough to understand Hinduism, I knew I wanted it in my life and in my kids’ lives, but admittedly felt lost- it’s simple, but complex. And I didn’t know enough.
Grateful for this book by @indiankidsbooks that simplified the basics. An introduction to each diety, and a prayer to practice for each. My heart explodes at hearing the boys sing the Gayatri mantra with me now ❤️🕉️
