While Bumble Bee Foods was busy celebrating itself with a “Tuna Cans Film Fest,” we’ve been busy standing up for the people and oceans paying the real price across the industry:

▫️Thousands of fishers trapped in modern slavery 
▫️Endangered species like sharks and turtles caught as bycatch
▫️Oceans depleted by illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing 

So, no, we didn’t send a submission to Bumble Bee’s feel-good festival. Instead, we’re taking  you, Reece Feldman guywithamoviecamera, and everyone else judging this competition behind the scenes, about what really goes into a tuna can like this one – revealing the reality of forced labor in industrial tuna fishing.
