The NFL season officially kicks off today, but for Shae Bernhardt (‘26 public relations), football never took a break. 🏈

This summer, Bernhardt had the opportunity to serve as a fan engagement and event operations training camp intern for the Kansas City Chiefs. She connected with fans to promote events, supported interactive activities throughout camp, and assisted in managing premium hospitality spaces.

“This internship allowed me to get my foot in the door at the Chiefs organization, as well as in professional sports,” said Bernhardt. “I made many important connections that will aid me in my job search next year.”
