Hot and Fast Saucy Pork Ribs

Recipe:
-Start by removing the membrane from the bone side. 
-Cover with mustard as a binder and season with a good BBQ Rub. 
-Place them on indirect at 350F for 90 minutes. 
-Then wrap in foil with butter, brown sugar, and bbq sauce and place on the grill meat side down. 
-After 60 minutes, unwrap, paint with the sauce from the foil, and let them go for 20 more minutes to tack up. 
-Rest for 15 minutes and enjoy!
