## Caption

Alex Morgan didn’t just score goals. She fundamentally changed what it meant to be a women’s soccer player. During an era when athletes were told to shut up and play, she spoke out and delivered. From her fight for equal pay to helping implement the NWSL’s first anti-harassment policy, Alex Morgan was a relentless advocate for all players throughout her long career. She understood the power of her platform, and used it to make the sport a better, safer place. Thank you, Alex 🫶
