Silent films aren’t a relic from the past ‼️Filmmaker Carlos López Estrada is bringing silent films back with his latest work “DED.” The film will star Brazilian-American actress Camila Mendes and Mexican comedy legend Eugenio Derbez. This exciting project highlights a part of film history that Latinas have always been a part of. From Dolores del Rio to Ramon Navarro, Latine actors have captivated audiences even without sound. López Estrada’s work is looking to capture that for newer audiences.
