Inside a workplace that embodies the spirit of NYC 🗽 For their Americas HQ, macquariegroup and the team at a_plus_i (now a part of perkinswill) designed a human-centered hub that feels like a microcosm of Manhattan. 

The “Avenue” communicating stair acts like Broadway, connecting “neighborhoods” and leading to a town square facing the office’s largest terrace overlooking Fifth Avenue. This 260,000 sq ft office utilizes intentional color palettes, high ceilings, and a smart “grid” to foster light and connection—beautifully elevated by solutions from NeoCon exhibitors andreuworld, division_12, watson_furniture, stylex_design, and pedralispa.
