Nothing fancy this week…just a good old-fashioned Chili Frito Pie that’s savory, cheesy, and ridiculously satisfying. The Fritos add that perfect corn crunch, and somehow this one just feels like football food done right.

Chili Frito Pie Basics:
	•	Ground beef 
	•	Onion + garlic
	•	Tomato sauce + rotel with green chiles
	•	Chili powder + cumin + oregano 
	•	Salt + pepper
	•	Kidney beans 
	•	Fritos
	•	Shredded cheddar 
	•	Green onions + jalapeños (optional)

🔥 Steps:
* Brown meat with onions + garlic.
* Add rotel + sauce, beans, masa, and spices; simmer until thick.
* Layer Fritos → chili → cheese → sour cream → jalapeños → green onions → enjoy!
