Beneath the seating bowl of the chihealthcenteromaha in Omaha, Nebraska, a once-underused, utilitarian locker room has been transformed into a speakeasy-style lounge. 

The Courtside Lounge, created in partnership with the Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority, is another way #adaptivereuse can effectively be used for today’s wants and needs.

Every detail – from layered lighting to a polished interior with a full-service bar – was crafted to create comfort, connection, and flexibility.
