BEET MARTINI 🍸
・2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
・½ oz Dry Vermouth
・½ oz Pickled Beet Brine
・Pickled Beet, to garnish

METHOD: Combine ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish. Enjoy!
