On October 21, the Seoul Metropolitan Government officially broke ground on the Nodeul Global Art Island Project, kicking off full-scale construction.

Designed by the genius behind New York’s Vessel, Thomas Heatherwick (officialheatherwickstudio), the new landmark “SOUNDSCAPE” will transform the center of Hangang Bridge into a stunning wave-shaped architectural masterpiece. 🎶🏗️

In just three years, Nodeul Island will be reborn as a vibrant hub where art, nature, and relaxation come together. Can’t wait to see it happen! 💚

서울시는 10월 21일 ‘노들 글로벌 예술섬 조성사업’ 착공식을 열고 본격적인 사업에 돌입했는데요. 

뉴욕 ‘베슬’의 천재 디자이너 토마스 헤더윅 (officialheatherwickstudio)이 설계한 ‘SOUNDSCAPE’는 한강대교 중심부를 물결 모양의 독창적인 건축물로 탈바꿈시킬 예정이에요. 

3년 뒤 예술과 자연, 그리고 휴식이 어우러지는 허브로 재탄생할 노들섬, 벌써부터 기다려집니다!
