Number two UFC heavyweight title contender Alexander Volkov thinks the UFC wouldn't want Jailton Almeida to fight for the heavyweight title after he defeated him tonight at UFC 321. Volkov won via split decision on the main card tonight in Abu Dhabi in what was a somewhat lackluster fight due to the fact that Almeida was so hesitant to exchange. Volkov says Almeida should probably change his style and try to strike more in the future but did give him credit for his takedowns. As for Volkov he will now most likely have to wait until the rematch takes place between UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall and number one contender Ciryl Gane after an accidental eye poke cause their main event to end in a no constest tonight.
