Carroll VS Guyer Pre-Game Run Down ⬇️⬇️ 

The match up of the season is only three days away. Personally for me it’s hard to decide who I’m rooting for as it’s my Home Town VS my future OU QB. Right now the media is calling Guyer to win by just a single touch down, but as someone who’s been to a majority of the both these teams games, I feel different. Guyer is a aggressive team who throws the ball the same but effective route 70% of the time. 5 Star QB Jackson Arnold is to blame for this stat. Arnold has quit the arm and will be the thorn in Carroll’s defensive side. Jackson’s passing buddy and WR ,Trey Joyner, will be a tough train to stop and a good player to watch. The Dragons lost their QB1 Kaden Anderson early in the season, but back up Graham Knowles stepped up to the plate in a surprising manner. Carroll holds more rushing AND passing yards then Guyer this season by over a whopping 1000. The massive, 6ft5, TE blocking duo of Harrison Moore, and Jack VanDorselaer will keep Guyer on their toes since Coach Dodge has loved to run the two at once. If the Dragons can break down Guyers D-line by half time, I believe a lead could be taken in Q3. Carroll had several simple errors and penalties towards the beginning of last weeks game, which leads me to hope that Dodge will have cut those mistakes over this weeks practice and film. Both Southlake and Denton are high scoring teams, and honestly this game will be a chase of “who can put up more on the board”. Although some claim Guyer will be the state champions, I’ve got my money on the blondes in green. Stats don’t lie, and if Carroll plays to the best of their abilities, Guyer will be going home Saturday.
