Our #WishForce comes together in incredible ways to put the FUN in fundraising - all helping grant life-changing wishes. From lively trivia nights to fabulous drag bingo and festive fundraisers, we’re in awe of the creativity and dedication shown by our supporters. Here are just a few recent highlights:

🌟 Trivia Night – Melbourne Branch The Make-A-Wish Melbourne Branch hosted an unforgettable trivia night, bringing together 160 supporters for an evening of brain-teasers, games, and giving! 🎉 Thanks to the hard work of volunteers Julie, Natalie, Sophia, Dana, Enrico, and Breanna, over $12,000 was raised to make wishes come true for children facing serious illnesses. Every question, every answer, and every generous bid made a difference!

🌈 Pride Drag Bingo – West Melbourne Branch Nothing brings out the fun like Pride Drag Bingo! Hosted by the fabulous former Wish Kid Ellie, this event saw our community enjoying bingo, drag shows, and plenty of laughs—all while supporting a great cause. With a portion of ticket sales and 10% of drink proceeds going to Make-A-Wish, this was one unforgettable night in West Melbourne!

🎾 Charity Shield Tennis Event – Earlier this year, Beaudesert & District Tennis Association hosted a tennis event where local businesses and the Beaudesert community gathered for the “One Wish at a Time” Charity Shield! Teams of four played Fast 4 Tennis in a night filled with fun, competition, and giving back. Spectators cheered on players decked out in blue, red, yellow, and green, while enjoying dinner, raffles, and a 100’s board prize game—all to benefit Make-A-Wish Australia!

🎃 Hallowish at Bushmans Rest Caravan Park – Mildura Branch Halloween was extra special this year thanks to Bushmans Rest Caravan Park’s “Hallowish” event. This spooky night helped raise funds for the Mildura Branch, and we’re excited to announce their plans to make every holiday season a fundraising celebration! Get ready for their next big event, “Light on for Christmas,” coming soon! 🌲✨
