I can’t lie… this Apple Pie Cookie almost broke me. I failed this recipe more times than I can count, and I was this 🤏🏽 close to giving up. But I kept pushing and what came out of the oven might be my BEST cookie yet. Gooey apple pie filling, cinnamon spice, pie crust crumble… I’m so glad I didn’t give up on this one. 🍏🥧🍪
