I want to take the time out to give A SPECIAL THANK YOU to my wife chocolateme . As you all know, I received an award for “Leadership in Community Policing” from the United States Attorney General Office District of Delaware. I’m here to tell y’all, I COULD NOT HAVE WON THAT AWARD WITHOUT MY WIFE. Being a Trooper is hard, but being a wife to a Trooper is even tougher. There are days when I have to leave for night shift, and my wife is left home alone to take care of the kids. Meanwhile, the kids are crying, the house is a mess, my wife is hungry, she still has to pump her milk, feed our children, clean them up, change diapers, chase josh around, calm Madison down, put them to bed etc. Oh, and my children are 2 and 11 months. Let that sink in if you have kids. While I leave and get a mental break from the stresses of home, my wife is left there alone in the trenches holding it down. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS SACRIFICING YOUR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH FOR THE FAMILY. People always tell me, “Thanks for your service”. Well I’m here to say, my wife’s job is so much tougher than mine. To be honest, there are days I get to be lazy at work. Or maybe the call load isn’t too heavy. BUT MY WIFE, NEVER GETS  A DAY OFF. She handles so much is very CONSISTENT AND EFFICIENT. She never slacks. My children are NEVER sick, they eat healthy, they take their vitamins, they’re well kept etc. All because of my wife. Meanwhile she has to take care of herself and me. ALL OF THIS while I’m away being the community guy everyone loves. chocolateme You’re an amazing Wife, mother, and most importantly, woman of GOD. I love you forever and thank you for helping me win this award. If I had to do all that you do, I’d lose my mind. WHAT CANT YOU DO?? Love you FOREVER boo. #FamilyOfGod❤️ #blacklove
