🫧 THE BUBBLE STATION 🫧 

I made a bubble station for the boys when they were 3&2 years old, 5 years ago now! 

I decided to make one again and I cannot explain to you how used it has been the last few days… if you didn’t know blowing bubbles is really good for the nervous system. Blowing bubbles requires deep breaths but also  this type of breathing activates the ‘parasympathetic nervous system’ which helps to calm the body. 

Pretty cool right! The multisensory element can also help children with their self regulation. 

Basically, create a bubble station and you won’t regret it. My eldest son loved it the most, he is 8 and I can’t tell you how long he spent making the biggest bubbles he could 🥹

Oh how amazing it is to see children being children!
