Between her 10+ years of real-world teaching experience, her extensive resume of awards and accolades, and her genuinely lovely personality, Juliana is a natural fit to portray CoComelon’s adored Ms. Appleberry character.

In her own words, “As the 2021 National Teacher of the Year, my focus is advocating for a joyous and just education for all students. As a bilingual special education teacher, my passion has been building inclusive educational spaces where all of my students and their families thrive. As Ms. Appleberry, I hope to bridge my educational experience to welcome all families to learn together.”
