How to *hopefully* not get sick as a photographer!!

Being sick at a show/on tour is terrible, and I feel like hustle culture has normalized it in a way?

I’m trying to avoid it at all costs, especially heading into “sick season” this winter

Bonus Tip:
If you’re like me and suffer from the swirly light show in your eyelids after shooting a show, use red light! Whether that’s a red bulb in your room, a small lamp, or a red light eye mask, I find that it really helps to settle down the visions and allows me to fall asleep quicker.
