With the help of activists in London, they delivered a notice to Shell's global headquarters stating that they are taking the company to court for the loss and damages caused by its business.⁣

Shell has known since 1965 about the climate crisis and its own role in worsening it, yet it chose to continue investing in fossil fuels and deceit instead of protecting people and the planet.⁣
