Apple hand pies are the most perfect fall recipe 🍎🥧🥰 easier than an apple pie but even cuter imo  Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts (1 box 2 crusts) 3 apples peeled and diced 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water 1 egg for egg wash Coarse sugar optional for topping Flaky salt optional for topping Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon until soft. Stir in cornstarch mixed with water and cook until thick. Roll out pie crusts and cut heart shapes/circles. Fill, top, and crimp edges. Cut slits, brush with egg wash, sprinkle sugar or salt. Bake 13-15 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.  #easyrecipes #fallbaking #applepie #handpie
