We're heading to Addington Raceway tonight for IRT's Horse Welfare race meeting. 🩺❤️‍🩹

IRT and TAB have generously provided $300 worth of betting vouchers to each of the Trackside NZ presenters to take a punt in their named races. The winnings will be going into our kitty for horse welfare. 

The Trackside team, being acknowledged by IRT for their outstanding efforts in harness racing coverage, are: 
Nicole Sims & Marc Cookson
Craig Thompson
Aaron White
Matt Cross 
Michael Guerin, who has named the race in memory of his mother, Janice
Brittany Graham
Greg O'Connor
Jason Patterson (TAB producer) 
And, there is one hero of the equine kind that there is a special tribute to, and that is Bettor’s Delight.

IRT New Zealand’s Richard Cole says, “Hopefully the media team can generate some fun and interest with their bets on Friday night, and we can raise some much-needed funds to assist the Horse Ambulance Trust in continuing to provide the outstanding service they do across all equine sectors.”
