Still thinking about the next time I go to losazulejosrestaurante and what I want to try. Each dish was plated to showcase the flavors.

Our favorite dish (besides the dessert!) was the Tacos Trompito were and amazing combo of Pueblo-Style marinated pork mixed pineapple, onions, cilantro and an avocado mousse. Every bite though from the ceviche to the fish tacos was filled with flavor.
